He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS Plast) and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in Medicine at the University of Glasgow.

Mr Arkoulis is on the GMC’s Specialty Register for Plastic Surgery (ref. no. 7021922) and his clinical interests include trauma, burns, reconstructive surgery, and advanced skin cancer in both adults and children. Mr Arkoulis is a former Clinical Research Fellow of the University of Edinburgh and his research interests include stem cells, scar physiology and hydrogel scaffold formulation.
